More About Me

Sandi Torrence is a native of Chesterfield County, Virginia and absolutely loves helping individuals and families find their perfect home in Central Virginia. Growing up she was employed at her parents construction company. Not only did it teach her the ins and outs of business, but also the building and renovation process. She was able to be hands-on, helping work in the field of plumbing, gas and heating ventilation and air conditioning. This has given her insight on navigating through the new home construction process.

Sandi continued to work with her family's company while attending college at William and Mary and then transferring to VCU. After graduation, she decided it was time to spread her wings and join a new company as a project manager. In this roll, she continued to expand her skills in the renovation process as well as new construction while observing how different companies run and most importantly - treat their customers.

She very quickly learned that while she enjoys the process of building and renovating homes, she loves working with the clients most! This led her to obtain her Real Estate license and become part of the BHG Team.

Not long after joining Real Estate as an agent in 2019, Sandi took a position in house as a Transaction Coordinator. She has worked alongside top producers, partner agents, and various other agents on hundreds of transactions to ensure clients home purchases and sales are seamless. Working alongside these talented agents has given Sandi a great deal of experience in the real estate portion of the housing industry to properly navigate her clients to make the best decision possible.

Outside of her career, Sandi Torrence loves volunteering with her local schools (library is her favorite) and spending A LOT of time at the baseball field cheering on her son. When time allows, she loves traveling and taking in new scenery. If you see her out and about, be sure to say HELLO!
